This year's meeting will be at the Renaissance Denver Hotel, which provides an easily accessible location near the airport to support an even greater attendance of biomedical and scientific professionals from throughout the U.S. Many new attendees from regional university labs and private organizations are being drawn to the meeting. Exhibit Sponsorship Fees:

• Patron Sponsorship - $5,000 – Includes headliner presence on all materials and recognition as a primary underwriter of this year’s 25th Annual Conference; participation in the Emerging Technology Forum; one-page advertisement space in the annual meeting program, exhibitor’s booth, and access to all programs throughout the meeting.
• Leadership Sponsors (4) - $1,500 – Includes participation in the Emerging Technology Forum, exhibitor’s booth, and access to all programs throughout the meeting.
• Vendor Sponsorships (10) - $950 – Exhibitor booth; access to all programs throughout the meeting.

The MSGF has grown and changed tremendously over the years, drawing presenters and attendees from major medical and research organizations throughout the country.

As we move into 2010, we will continue to expand our reach even more, with other regional genetics groups and educational institutions now collaborating with us in lieu of isolated programs in other parts of the country. With your help, we will continue to provide these important educational forums to medical and health care professionals throughout the U.S.

Exhibiting Details: Setup for exhibitors begins Thursday morning. All exhibitors will be provided with a skirted, 8 ft. table with electrical hookups for monitors, etc.
